Most Singaporeans are well-acquainted with Bangkok, it’s a popular destination for the perfect short getaway – what we love, it offers in abundance: food and shopping.

To the night market scene, Artbox Bangkok is the cool new kid on the block. It is an amalgam of fashion, creative merchandise, local designer goods, handmade art, and a serious overdose of every imaginable, quintessential hipster element. It cleverly avoids kitschy tourist souvenirs. There’s bound to be live music, food trucks and fun aplenty. It’s Artbox’s first foray into foreign waters, and they’ve titled it a symbolic “It’s Time to Move On” (prescient of greater change to come?).
If that isn’t enticing enough, Artbox is setup in enormous metal shipping containers, doling out Instagrammable pictures and backdrops in generous portions.
Some 300 over stalls are expected to make their way here, so whether you’re a hipster devotee or a Thai food enthusiast, this market will not disappoint.
