foxesden wants to uncover what it is that essentially drives a woman’s style. Our weekly feature of the Singaporean woman is our attempt at cumulating a collective story behind every trend and fad, a story that is timeless and identifiable.
Alicia. 22. Student.
The scent of rain wafted all about during the entirety of this shoot.
We tried our best to transmute the rainy blues into the hues of the images pictured here.
For this week’s feature, meet Alicia in the photoset petrichor – a term for the aforementioned scent.
So, who is Alicia?
I am currently studying a degree on chemical engineering at university, but I actually aspire to be teacher in the future. I’m pretty loud and talkative. (laughs)
Tell us about the outfit you are wearing here and how it fits into your overall style!
I bought the dress from The Tinsel Rack and I love it because of the flowy sleeves and the cutting of the dress! I love olive-coloured clothes too.
What’s your go-to look this season?
Crop top and high-waist shorts or jeans with a sling bag! I’d pair them with sneakers and shades too.
Why this style?
Well, because Singapore is rather hot and humid these days. (laughs)
What retail outlets or stores do you shop at?
What factor do you think is most important when you buy clothes?
A question from the previous interviewee to you: Describe your fashion sense in one word!
What’s a question you have for the next interviewee?
Will you eat a live fried caterpillar for $150?
